Prana Apana. The Breath Inn and the Breath Out. Balance! There equilibrium and rhythm. Listen to the sound of your drum (Heart Beat). Prana is the Life Force, The life energy. Apana is the Eliminating force or removing force or energy. Sushumna is the channel through which these energies move around our body. These two forces exist within the air and our breath, within our body and the outer environment, and in discovering balance between them, they help our body adapt to temperature, it's changes, extremes and contrasts. Plus increasing the electromagnetic field of the mind Alpha Theta waves bringing increasing cognition elevating awareness. These two forces are exchanging all the time moderatly, but by increasing the velocity, focused breathing depth and volume within a sustained focused attention, one increases the electromagnetic flow of energy. Currents moving through the nervous system to the Aura receiving and out putting, receiving and out putting oscillating at a elevated frequency. This is your Consciousness in tune with creation/oneness and all that is living in existence, and perhaps more... One can learn to hone this ability sharping the awareness of this cognition in Samadhi.
Group Ceremonial Yoga. Each one of us holds within us the power of eight! When sitting together in meditation, we multiply each others energy! Thus two sitting in meditation together become the power of sixty four and three sitting together, the power of 512. Four sitting together in meditation, the power of 4096 and five human beings together, the power of 32,768 and so forth... We to are like a flock of birds, school of fish, herd of horses or a pod of dolphins and like all of our four legged friends, finned, feathered, winged and tailed would benefit greatly in a movement of oneness that sustains one another in all our relationships together. Are minds, hearts and bodies are truly so powerful within love and light.
