Now the summer high sun brings the heat, toughing the hot air and bugs well picking, weeding and gathering harvesting foods and medicines both from our gardens and the wilds surroundings nourishing our bodies and fueling our spirits with new visions and dreams. You slow your mind and your thinking as you focus your attention to your environment and all that is living. You notice you are being noticed and everything notices you are beginning to notice yourself being noticed. Plus all is eager to get your attention and speak to you of there part of creation so you may understand. Because you are a good shaman which is to focus upon that which feels good within you, around you and for all things so you and all things may continue to learn and grow in creations harmony and true understanding. This is what it means to be strong and to live well in right relationship for the next generations and to receive a good medicine death into creation.

The more time we focus our energy towards what creation has provided in simplicity. The more life in its simplicity begins to provide us with a warm heart, joy and happiness. Plus unfathomable abundance! When devoting ourselves to that which belongs in this world natural and we continue to nourish these relationships, then transformation and an expansion of awareness is our promise!
