Within movement, we study The Planes Of Existence. They are very real and each behold there own presence. Are awareness of and relationship with Tapas (Yoga). The Bhagavad Gita (17.14–16) speaks of three kinds of tapas: austerity of body, speech, and mind. The absolute strongest teacher for this is The Elemental World (Tattvas)! Being outside and living outside for longer periods involves exposure which teaches you about your bodies relationship with temperature. Not only that, it also helps you develop resilience and your body-mind relationship with nature is awakened by the four winds, rains & snow, waters & fire, sun & moon, planets & stars among the seasons rotations. There is not a better Kriya Yoga then living with Mother Earth. Tai Chi classes & Qigong are traditionally practiced outside by tribes and communities reaching back through lineages to the ancestors and are still being practiced in todays modern world globally.

Tai Chi classes is an art form of our physical bodies movement and system of calisthenics, consisting of sequences of very slow controlled movements. It teaches us to develop density; Energy, strength and power within our movement well at ease and with grace.

Jing, Qi, and Shen are three predominant notions shared by Taoism and Chinese culture. They are often referred to as Treasures; Three Jewels (sanbao 三寶), an expression that reveals importance and a close connection among them. The ideas and practices associated with each term, and with the three terms as a whole, are complex and vary considerably in different contexts throughout a large variety of healing modalities throughout historical history.

Jing, Qi & Shen are three energy systems of the Human Being that we study, consider in contemplation and become in touch with through the devotional practice of the form and application of philosophy throughout ones life. Jing (精) means an essence, qi (氣) breath energy and shen (神) a divine or human spirit. There are only three things that are essential to sustaining human life: Jing, Qi, and Shen.

The concept of the key energies yin yang and jing, qi and shen (translated as essence, vitality, spirit or heart-mind) has formed the basis of the rich Chinese culture and its many traditions, mythology, medicine, arts, crafts and various aspects of daily life for centuries. All these areas are related to the path of heaven and earth (yin and yang). The ancient Taoists believed that man exists inseparably between heaven and earth and that there is a mutual relationship between these three (heaven, earth, man). To live in the Tao therefore means to live in harmony with the energies of heaven (yang) and earth (yin).

The ancient sages were aware of the energetic side of existence and their lives were focused on the cultivation and conservation of energy. For them, health was based on three basic substances, the energies, known as the Sacred Treasures Of Life; Three Jewels - San Bao: Jing (精), Qi (氣) and Shen (神). These terms are translated as essence; body, life energy and spirit - solar plexus-mind-heart! Embodiment Of The Divine.

A very old analogy that has been used since time immemorial explains these concepts through the image of a candle. Jing is the wax and wick of the candle, the extremely condensed energy that becomes material. Qi is the flame, compared to the energy activity of the candle, which through burning (life) makes the candle burn. Shen is the light / radiation that emanates from a burning candle.
